Move-On Move-Out Program You can also sign on to our unique Move-On Move-Out Insurance Plan for a fee of just $50 at the beginning of each one year lease period. The early termination fee of two months rent is then waived if after your first six months stay you buy a house or your employment situation forces you to move to another city (at least 50 miles away).
